Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent in business administration, marketing or similar field combined with previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Hourly rate for this position is $20 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Daily support for customers in providing them with current pricing, quotes, entering and processing orders.
• Provide administrative support such as handling incoming inquiries, invoicing, filing, and mail.
• Inform customers of new products, services promotions and upcoming events
• Register new customer by opening accounts
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Other duties as assigned
