Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking an experienced delivery leader to own large-scale client programs in Toronto, focusing on Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Health & Welfare platforms. You will coordinate across Product, Development, Configuration, Data, QA and Operations to ensure on-time, high-value outcomes.

You will engage senior clients, shape strategy, and drive governance, reporting, and visibility to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing complex, client-facing programs—software implementations, business transformations, or large-scale delivery initiatives
• Background in Benefits, Pension, SaaS platforms, enterprise software implementation, or related complex environments
• PMP certification (non-negotiable)
• Proven success delivering large, multi-workstream programs with real business impact
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, change control, risk management
• Executive presence: speak confidently with senior leaders and negotiate across boundaries
• Mastery of delivery tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
• Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Health & Welfare programs across multiple workstreams.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead steering committees.
• Establish governance frameworks and deliver data-driven executive reporting for informed decision-making.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment and promote modern delivery practices including automation and AI-enabled productivity.
• Contribute to PMO evolution by sharing lessons learned and developing best practices and templates.
