Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation.
• Implementation methodology ownership and presentation experience.
• Strong project leadership and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementations and ongoing production support for enterprise client projects.
• Partner with clients to validate project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology.
• Establish and maintain client-specific success criteria for long-term relationship excellence.
• Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction and develop proactive resolution strategies.
• Coordinate implementation teams of approximately 10 professionals and drive improvements.
