Northbridge Financial is seeking a Senior Claims Technical Specialist to join a dynamic Casualty and Litigation team focused on complex claims across Auto, CGL, D&O, E&O, and Cyber liability. You will investigate efficiently, assess coverage, and coordinate with third parties and counsel to move claims toward resolution.

Qualifications

• JD/LLB preferred, or applicable legal principles related to complex insurance claims handling
• Minimum 10 years of liability claim handling experience
• Experience with E&O, D&O, and Cyber Liability claims
• Experience with commercial lines is an asset

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims efficiently and promptly
• Assess coverage liability and damages
• Work with third parties and counsel to drive the claim to conclusion
• Provide training to new hires through job shadowing sessions
• Mentor other adjusters on the team
• Manage a busy day-to-day schedule
• Provide a great customer experience
