Job summary
Aviva Canada is seeking a Vice President, Change, Enablement & Operational Effectiveness to drive transformation across Personal Insurance, modernize capabilities, and enable AI-enabled operations. You will lead cross-functional change programs, partner with Technology, HR, and Underwriting, and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives with measurable benefits.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Personal Insurance, you will champion governance, workforce evolution, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- MBA, ACII, FIA or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation and change management.
- Experience driving AI-enabled, data-driven and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to balance investments and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Personal Insurance change portfolio and governance.
- Partner with Technology and Transformation teams to manage dependencies and risks.
- Ensure adoption of strategic initiatives with minimal operation disruption.
- Drive workforce evolution and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee customer remediation, production support, and readiness planning.
- Maintain a consolidated view of priorities aligned to business strategy.
