Job summary

PrecisionERP/IT in Regina, Saskatchewan, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager for a long-term contract through March 2028. This role focuses on guiding business and IT transformations with structured change strategies.

You will lead change impact analyses, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to enable adoption and minimize resistance. Onsite Monday–Friday in Regina is required.
