Qualifications

• Experience applying a structured change management approach and methodology for initiatives.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience defining and measuring success metrics to track adoption and proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide expertise and guidance of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework.
• Lead development of stakeholder assessments and engagement strategies across project lifecycles.
• Lead sponsor roadmaps and communication/training plans throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Ensure alignment of change activities with stakeholders to remove barriers and smooth adoption.
• Support leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders.
• Identify people-side risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Measure outcomes and plan continuous improvement based on change success.
