Job summary

Alquemy is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead and support organizational change initiatives within complex project environments. The role focuses on developing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and driving readiness and adoption throughout the change lifecycle.

The candidate will coach leaders and teams, create training materials, and integrate change plans into project schedules, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• , Must have Prosci (ADKAR) and/or CCMP certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of change management experience in complex projects.
• Minimum of 8 years in a project management environment, large-scale change preferred.
• Experience with communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans using structured methodologies.
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
• Create training materials, presentations, and communications for diverse audiences.
• Identify risks, resistance, and barriers to adoption and address them.
• Coach and support project teams, leaders, managers, and supervisors throughout change.
• Integrate change activities into project plans and deliverables.
• Monitor readiness and adoption across organizational levels and track progress.
