Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in catering sales management within a venue, hotel, or catering company.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage client relationships, and close sales.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 team members across catering planning and operations.
• Provide on-site leadership during events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client and venue expectations.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of venue operations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, and Event teams to ensure successful planning and delivery of all events.
• Manage full-cycle catering planning and work with the Partner to maximize revenue.
