Job summary

You will oversee setup, service flow, and teardown, while maintaining safety standards and staff development. A strong emphasis on communication and guest relations is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Serving It Safe or Smart Choices Certificate required.
• Post-Secondary Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Management is an asset.
• Food Handler Certificate is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet staff and event execution to meet Park Hospitality standards.
• Maintain communication with culinary and management teams during events to handle changes or issues.
• Ensure venues are prepped, set, and cleaned for functions and guests; manage post-event teardown.
