AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide resident care in accordance with the care plan. You will monitor care, document information, and participate in training sessions. A strong focus on IPAC and onboarding support for new staff is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker certificate/diploma.
• Meet Ontario vocational standards and NACCC (National Association of Career Colleges) standards.
• Knowledge of simple treatments and bedside care; sanitation basics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor care per plan and report findings to supervisor.
• Document care information as directed.
• Attend in-service sessions and meetings; assist onboarding of new staff.
