You will be the first escalation point for payroll issues, input data, run payrolls, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement process improvements while upholding regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role offers a competitive salary between CAD 75,000 and CAD 85,000 per year

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-provincial Canadian payrolls.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
• PCP or PLP certification.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-provincial Canadian payrolls accurately and on time for a growing client base.
• Act as the first point of escalation — troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues raised by clients.
• Input payroll data and prepare payroll runs within our payroll software.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements.
• Apply Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure full compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to find resolutions when needed.

You'll be processing payroll for our growing client base, acting as the first point of escalation for payroll issues, and working closely with the Payroll Manager on special projects. What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing multi-provincial Canadian payroll accurately and on time for a growing client base
• Acting as the first point of escalation — troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues raised by clients
• Processing voids and tax overrides as needed
• Inputting payroll data and preparing payroll runs within our payroll software
• Collaborating with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements
• Applying Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure full compliance
• Working cross-functionally with other departments to find resolutions when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing multi-provincial Canadian payrolls — required
• Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) — required
• PCP or PLP certification — required
• Intermediate to strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
