Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/French) Payroll Specialist III to deliver accurate, timely payroll services for a portfolio of clients across Canada. You will process end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with legislative requirements, and partner with clients and internal teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• English and French fluency required, written and spoken.
• 3+ years payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, benefits and garnishments.
• Experience end-to-end payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Process payroll changes, tax updates, benefits, garnishments, and payments.
• Perform payroll audits and quality checks.
• Manage quarter-end and year-end payroll activities.
• Provide payroll support to English- and French-speaking customers.

• Minimum of three years of payroll experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
