• Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience in P&C insurance.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with policy administration systems, Guidewire preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Estimate delivery work to realize requirements through the development lifecycle.
• Elicit, analyze, specify, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write concise user stories with acceptance criteria and testable scenarios.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to document, review, and approve requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Delivery Team to define the project vision.
• Maintain the backlog and plan iterations and releases.
• Support risk/issue/blocker identification and resolution.
