Zusammenfassung

Maarut is seeking an Intermediate-Advanced Business Analyst for a Property & Casualty insurance initiative in Lévis, Quebec. The BA will work upstream, stating scope, costs, benefits, and influencing decision-makers in an Agile environment with Guidewire exposure.

You will identify needs across commercial lines or claims, collaborate with the product owner and project manager, and ensure business requirements translate into actionable solutions within broker-distributed insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have intermediate-advanced business analyst capabilities with P&C insurance experience.
• Experience in one or more domains: commercial lines, claims, compliance and regulatory reporting, broker-distributed insurance.
• Demonstrated Agile experience and understanding of project management methodologies.

• Identify needs, frame scope, quantify costs and benefits, and recommend solutions.
• Influence decision-makers and lead analysis in collaboration with the PO and project manager.
