Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations for a leading organization. This 6-month contract involves gathering requirements, documenting BRDs and user stories, and coordinating with business and tech teams to ensure alignment with objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter Cloud certification.
• Proven experience supporting Guidewire implementations or enhancements.
• Strong requirements documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit and refine business and system requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Support Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter Cloud implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to maintain clear communication and a shared understanding of requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support testing activities, including UAT coordination, defect management, and validation of delivered functionality.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
