Location: Toronto, ON [Hybrid required to work 3 days onsite per week.]
Duration: 12 months (With Possible Extensions)
Must Haves:
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations and briefing notes, and conducting stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with developing strategies, preparing business cases and cost-benefit analyses, and conducting feasibility studies for business and IT initiatives.
- Experience with developing processes for requirements gathering, including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mock-ups, etc.
- Previous Public Sector experience is an asset.
Analytical Skills and Experience:
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations, briefing notes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Successful completion of projects demonstrating the ability to deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Experience with developing processes for requirements gathering, including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mock-ups, etc.
- Ability to develop and prepare technical specifications and documentation for implementation, testing, and performance.
- Ability to research, assess, and evaluate client needs and identify methodologies and technologies for user applications.
- Ability to make recommendations regarding new technologies, trends, methodologies, and concepts to meet short- and long-term technology requirements.
- Strong skills in analyzing data to derive insights and support decision-making.
Project Coordination Knowledge:
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project activities align with business goals.
- Experience in defining and controlling project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
