Our client is one of Canada's largest retailers. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enhancement initiatives for their Digital Asset Management platform.

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Location: 2 days/week onsite - Brampton

Project: Helios (Digital Asset Management Platform - Enhancement Initiatives)

Helios is a Digital Asset Management platform that plays a critical role in managing and distributing inventory images across their e-commerce platform and various brands.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for the enhancement of the Helios Digital Asset Management platform.
• Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, extracting and interpreting data for actionable insights.
• Create visual representations of data through flow charts to enhance understanding and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform improvements align with business needs.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the Digital Asset Management system, supporting the retailer's growing e-commerce platform and brand portfolio.

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Data Extraction/Analysis)
• Experience creating Flow Charts to represent data visually
• Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) or Retail Background

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), e.g., Adobe Experience Manager
