Sr. Business Analyst to support client with CRM implementation (Microsoft Dynamics)

Location: Remote (EST Hours)

Duration: 4-6 Months

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in business analysis and development on a CRM platform, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics and/or Aptify.
  • 2+ years experience working within Agile teams and exposure to iterative and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project and product stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business needs.
  • Prepare and track requirements management plans, business and functional requirement documents, and user stories throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create data flow diagrams, process diagrams, and project artifacts using modern tools.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct internal training sessions for business users on CRM functionality.
  • Coordinate with QA and business users to plan testing strategies and support user acceptance testing.
  • Assist development and business teams with troubleshooting CRM configurations and user requests.
  • Support business teams in designing page layouts, custom tab components, dashboards, reports, email templates, and workflows.
  • Prioritize collected requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Adhere to enterprise standards for requirements methodology in planning, analysis, and documentation.
  • Support project management activities, including assessing solution value, evaluating progress against business objectives, and managing the product backlog.
