The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information clearly and effectively, in coordination with the Technology team. The role aims to contribute to ongoing exploration and analysis of business performance to gain insights and support business planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide input during system development and implementation, including defining scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for high-impact projects.
2. Identify, communicate, and propose mitigation strategies for risks and impacts related to technology applications in the business environment.
3. Consult with business clients to determine system specifications and collaborate with management to meet organizational goals.
4. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business needs, recommending system improvements based on analysis of processes, systems, and industry standards.
5. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify problems, develop solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
6. Manage day-to-day staff issues, including resource allocation, mentoring, and other duties as assigned.
7. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and reporting control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
