The Senior Technical Business Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information clearly and effectively, in coordination with the Technology team. The role aims to contribute to ongoing exploration and analysis of business performance to gain insights and support business planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide input during development and implementation, including defining system scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for complex projects.
2. Identify, communicate, and propose mitigation strategies for risks and impacts, considering business implications of technology applications.
3. Consult with business clients to determine system specifications and collaborate with management and other units to meet organizational goals.
4. Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business needs, recommending suitable system enhancements by analyzing processes, systems, and industry standards.
5. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify problems, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
6. Manage day-to-day staff issues, including resource management, work allocation, and mentoring.
7. Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding assets, and maintaining ethical standards.
