We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our AIA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and governance domain. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business outcomes and contribute to the company success.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead the analysis and planning of business strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents and ensure they are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards in all business activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify trends.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and drive consensus.
• Support the development of business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
