As the Senior Analyst, Business, you will serve as a resource to the Acquisition team, providing tools and process improvements to control costs, increase efficiencies, and deliver a superior client experience. Your role is essential in supporting performance metrics provided to senior leadership on the health and performance of the business.

A Day in the Life

1. Process Analysis & Optimization
2. Identify, develop, implement, and measure process improvement initiatives
3. Harvest data-driven improvement opportunities from client service issues/customer complaints
4. Process Performance Metrics
5. Document, develop, and prioritize opportunities for action whilst coordinating
6. Support customer journey mapping and feedback collection efforts
7. Develop methods of measuring effectiveness & adoption of new initiatives
8. Maintain process knowledge of all ongoing acquisition improvement projects & PEERs
9. Stay current on latest technology/tools to support productivity and solution development

Training and Development

1. Coordinate training & deployment plans for initiatives across acquisition teams
2. Identify and communicate relevant process documentation to stakeholders
3. Partner with team managers to understand impact on associates upon completion of initiatives
4. Develop updated SOPs and policy documents
5. Develop strategies for warehousing SOP and process documentation for accessibility
6. Partner with HR/Remote Learning/L&D teams to implement employee-focused solutions and ensure alignment with best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical field preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role
• Automotive industry experience highly desired
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Process documentation experience (Visio, Lucid Charts, Workflow Analysis)

The salary range for this position is $101,766 - $152,717 annually, dependent on experience and location. Candidates hired in different locations will be subject to local pay ranges.
