Primary Role
Customer empathy, comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
Translate business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions. Lead requirement gathering, stakeholder alignment, and workflow optimization for Adobe AI implementations. Support clients in adopting generative AI to enhance business processes and creative workflows.
Strategic Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams in requirements elicitation, definition, and prioritization to drive innovative AI-powered solutions.
- Forge requirement clarity, alignment, and consensus amongst all business, technical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Understand the customer’s needs better than the customer.
Client Engagement
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders by demonstrating deep expertise in Adobe technology and methodical delivery.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear functional and non-functional requirements tailored to customer use cases.
- Facilitate workshops and story refinement sessions to help clients prioritize high-value use cases for generative AI implementation.
Solution Development
- Collaborate with Adobe product teams & technical consultants to validate technical feasibility of generative AI solutions that address clients' unique challenges and requirements.
- Design scalable techniques from requirements gathering, development, through quality assurance to ensure quality solutions are delivered.
- Facilitate change management required by the implementation of Adobe solutions.
Qualifications
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in business analysis/consulting, product ownership, consulting, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in multiple industries.
- Prior experience as product owner, creative director, or content production expert is a plus.
- Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, including large language models, diffusion models, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology architecture, data governance, and systems integration principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements for cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience in agile delivery driving technology implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
