Job summary

Zeno Group Canada is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Brand to lead integrated communications programs for major brands, partnering closely with clients, account teams and cross‑functional specialists to deliver campaigns that engage audiences and support business objectives.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, guiding client programs, leading earned media and integrated initiatives, mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in PR/communications/brand marketing in an agency
• Experience leading integrated communications programs that support brand and business objectives
• Strong media relations experience with track record building journalist relationships and earned coverage
• Experience developing brand narratives, messaging and strategic communications recommendations
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling and presentation skills with client-facing materials
• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and providing strategic counsel across multiple workstreams
• Strong project and account management skills including budgets, timelines and multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating across integrated communications teams and disciplines
• Experience mentoring, coaching and providing feedback to junior team members
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with curiosity about culture, consumer behaviour and evolving communications landscape

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Strategic Counsel: Serve as trusted day-to-day client advisor, leading programs and building relationships across accounts
• Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Develop messaging and strategies aligning brand priorities with audience insights and business goals
• Media Relations & Executive Visibility: Lead earned media and executive visibility programs including strategy and media materials
• Integrated Campaign Leadership: Partner across creative, digital, social, creator and analytics to develop campaigns and events
• Business Growth & New Business: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to growth
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and support junior team members with feedback and learning opportunities
• Account & Operational Management: Oversee budgets, timelines and resources for strong execution
