Are you energized by leading client relationships, shaping communications strategies and helping teams bring impactful ideas to life? As a Senior Account Supervisor, Brand at Zeno, you will lead integrated communications programs for leading brands, partnering closely with clients, account teams and cross-functional specialists to deliver campaigns that engage audiences and support business objectives. This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership. You'll have the opportunity to guide client programs, lead earned media and integrated initiatives, mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 CAD/yr. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organisational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region‑specific benefits. In accordance to Ontario’s Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue‑based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organisational needs.
