Job summary

Zeno Group Canada seeks a Vice President of Health & Wellness to lead integrated healthcare communications for biotech, consumer health, medical devices and related sectors. You will guide senior client relationships, develop strategy grounded in industry expertise, and steer cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver impactful programs.

The role emphasizes executive counsel, business growth, financial oversight and talent development within a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in public relations, communications or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Health & Wellness communications.
• Proven success leading complex healthcare programs and senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of biotech, pharmaceutical, consumer health and/or medical device sectors.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, business and regulatory information into clear strategies.
• Demonstrated success counseling senior executives and building trusted, long-term relationships.
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience developing and supporting senior and emerging talent.
