Zeno Group in Canada is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Health & Wellness to lead integrated communications programs for biotech, consumer health, medical devices and related sectors. You will partner with executive stakeholders, agency leadership and cross‑functional teams to shape strategies grounded in industry expertise and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in public relations or related fields within an agency environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Health & Wellness communications.
• Proven success leading complex healthcare communications programs and senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of biotech, pharmaceutical, consumer health and/or medical device sectors.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, business and regulatory information into clear strategies and compelling narratives.
• Demonstrated success counseling senior executives and building trusted, long‑term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and communications leaders, developing integrated strategies that connect business priorities, stakeholder needs and reputation considerations to measurable outcomes.
• Apply deep knowledge of healthcare markets, regulatory considerations and emerging trends to help clients navigate complex business and communications challenges and identify new opportunities.
• Lead complex, integrated programs across disciplines and geographies, bringing together earned, digital, social, creative, data and other capabilities to deliver cohesive client solutions.
• Deepen senior client relationships, identify opportunities to expand engagements and lead organic growth and new business efforts that contribute to the continued growth of the Health & Wellness practice.
• Oversee account performance, forecasting, profitability and resources while balancing client needs and team effectiveness.
