Job summary

Morgan McKinley, a global e-commerce and technology enterprise, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Canadian product experience across high-volume platforms. You will manage the bilingual English-French Canadian web experience, align strategy with commercial metrics, and drive relaunch initiatives for the French Canadian platform.

You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations and commercial teams in a complex, international organization to deliver end-to-end product

Qualifications

• Bilingual (French/English) professional fluency is mandatory.
• 7–12 years of hands-on digital product management experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of metric improvement.
• End-to-end ownership from roadmap through launch and measurement.
• Proficiency in digital analytics, funnels, and experimentation.
• Based in Canada with strong understanding of the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the Canadian market.
• Align product initiatives with commercial metrics including CRO, revenue growth, acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Lead relaunch and evolution of the French Canadian digital experience and checkout flow.
• Partner with translation vendors to ensure quality and market suitability of French touchpoints.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog with software engineering teams.
• Manage lifecycle from discovery to post-launch evaluation with end-to-end quality.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for releases.
• Analyze platform performance and user behavior using GA, Power BI, and Hotjar.
• Design and run A/B experiments to reduce UX friction in core journeys.
