The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Agile product ownership or Scrum, experience with Jira/Azure DevOps, and the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Agile experience as Product Owner/ Scrum Master or similar role.
- Experience managing a team backlog (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
- Experience participating in PI planning or similar cross-team planning activities.
- Interest or experience in actuarial science, pension plans, insurance, or financial services.
- Good understanding of Agile delivery practices.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, quality practices, and product delivery.
- Ability to translate customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Translate priorities into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Backlog management to align with product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Define sprint objectives and support progressive delivery.
- Participate in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and iteration planning.
