Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in BI or similar, applying modern data management principles.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise, including Power Query and DAX.
• Proficiency in Azure and Databricks; experience with Lakehouse/Delta.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into BI/analytics solutions.
• Design and deliver Power BI reports with tailored presentations.
• Write/optimize SQL for data extraction/transformation.
• Integrate data from legacy systems into modern solutions.
• Build star schema models; govern content/data for accuracy.
• Use Azure, Databricks, Lakehouse, and Delta to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; uphold PIPEDA and security standards.
• Partner with business units from concept to delivery.
