Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnerships is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for the Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson Retail Salon. You will lead by example with personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations, while educating customers and team members on trends and routines.

You will drive sales, support store goals, and mentor Beauty Sales Consultants, maintaining high merchandising standards and a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
