Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Tsawwassen Mills, Delta Retail Salon. You will deliver personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and support store goals while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

You bring retail experience, a passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth and education.

Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Tsawwassen Mills, Delta Retail Salon!

What You'll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
