Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is hiring a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Emerald Hills, Sherwood Park Retail Salon. You will lead personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and help customers explore their personal style in a welcoming environment.

As a values-driven leader, you will mentor team members, support daily store operations, and contribute to meeting sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiar with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales by supporting store goals, promotions, and merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening/closing duties and acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants and foster positive energy.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Emerald Hills, Sherwood ParkRetail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customer s and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
