Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson Retail Salon. You will deliver personalized beauty consultations, recommend products, and support daily salon operations.

You will lead by example, educate customers and team on professional hair care trends, and help drive store goals while maintaining merchandising standards. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead beauty consultations and provide expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team on hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales by supporting store goals, launches, and merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening/closing duties and key holder duties.
• Mentor Beauty Sales Consultants with coaching and positive energy.

We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant at our Chahko Mika Mall, Nelson Retail Salon!

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
