Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant for our Crossroads location. You will lead personalized beauty consultations, recommend professional hair care products, and create welcoming, confident experiences for customers.

You will support daily store operations, mentor Beauty Sales Consultants, and help achieve sales goals while upholding merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations.
• Educate customers and teammates on hair care trends and routines.
• Support store goals by driving sales and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as a key holder when required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by delivering personalized beauty consultations and expert product recommendations.
• Educate customers and team members on professional hair care products, trends, and routines.
• Drive sales performance by supporting store goals, promoting new launches, and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties, acting as a key holder when required.
• Mentor and support Beauty Sales Consultants by sharing knowledge, coaching in the moment, and fostering positive energy.
