Job summary

Arcora, a Canadian coaching and HR technology company, is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to lead prospecting and outbound outreach across Canada. You’ll work remotely, partner with the VP of Sales and Director of Business Development to qualify leads, set discovery calls, and help build scalable sales processes that expand into new verticals.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or supporting HR tech, coaching, L&D or SaaS.
• CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
• Outbound sales in startup or high-growth environments.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target companies aligned with Arcora's ICP.
• Launch outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Coaching teams to refine pitches.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and help build scalable processes.
