• You will identify issues and lead efforts to resolve them, advocating for improvements.
• You will support operations and availability by monitoring metrics and participating in on-call duties.
• You will raise code quality by setting and promoting design and code-review standards across your team.
• You will mentor teammates, provide feedback, and lead by example.
