Job summary

Affi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own data-driven measurement and backend systems at scale. You will build pipelines, identity data, and attribution across marketing and growth channels, working cross-functionally with product, analytics and data engineering.

This remote-first role is open to candidates across Canada, with base pay CAD 153,000–213,000 per year plus stock and stipends. You’ll thrive when quality, reliability and ownership matter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience building marketing data and measurement systems with GTM/GA4 and CDPs.
• Proficient in delivering reliable data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt and Airflow.
• Strong ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code in large codebases.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for the engineering team and lead through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, analytics and data engineering on measurements.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, identity and measurement systems.
• Improve code quality, design standards, and on-call reliability.
