Qualifikationen

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Track record of developing highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting scale up/down for large sales events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday).
• Tuned autoscaling, CPU/Memory and multi-threading for compute-type workloads.
• Defined technical plans for delivering major features or system components with clear design.
• Ability to safely make large-scale codebase changes with tooling and practices.
• Proven ownership of personal growth, seeking feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with a global engineering team.
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
