Job summary

EERS 2LIVE in Montreal, Canada, seeks a senior, revenue-focused Marketing & Demand Generation leader to build and own the lead-gen engine, manage the marketing funnel end-to-end, and closely partner with the Director of Commercialization to close business.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, funnel-obsessed, and has a proven track record turning marketing activity into pipeline and revenue, with hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience and a history of collaborating with sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing with lead-generation ownership.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce plus funnel reporting.
• Proven track record partnering with sales to hit revenue targets.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present pipeline results to leadership.
• Experience directing external creative resources; executing but not personally designing assets.
• Familiarity with website platforms and SEO is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional priorities; travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and pipeline ownership across campaigns.
• Track MQLs/SQLs and report pipeline health weekly.
• Partner with Director of Commercialization and enable sales.
• Own CRM/marketing automation hygiene and attribution reporting.
• Collaborate with commercialization, engineering, and clinical teams to align messaging.
• Oversee external creatives; approve final assets and site updates.
• Plan and manage conferences, events, and post-event pipeline hand-off.
