Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our B2B Marketing & Sales team. This remote role, based in the United States or Canada, focuses on executing integrated demand generation across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels to drive measurable pipeline impact.

You will own SEO, CRO, marketing automation, and AI-enabled execution, collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize campaigns and surfaces insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience owning and executing multi-channel demand generation programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; practical experience with AEO and GEO.
• Proficient in a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot or Marketo.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Claude, and Copilot.
• Understand GTM, UTM, tracking QA, and basic web performance.
• Analytical and data-driven, with ability to measure rigorously and iterate.
• Experimentation mindset to test, document, and scale what works.
• Experience shipping work with AI tools as a productivity multiplier.
• Clear, confident communication and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels.
• Develop go-to-market campaigns with audience segmentation and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with digital advertising teams on paid social and search strategy.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams on campaigns and performance insights.
• Track organic social and thought leadership as demand channels and surface insights.
• Own organic search strategy and on-page optimization aligned to pipeline intent.
• Build content and pages optimized for AI-generated summaries and search results.
• Monitor AI visibility and advise on gaps and opportunities.
• Lead CRO on landing pages and campaign pages with hypotheses and tests.
• Manage form strategy, lead capture, marketing automation workflows, and CRM sync.
• Maintain knowledge of tag management, UTM, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) in planning, research, and reporting.
