Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor to diverse customers, helping them maximize value from AWS across compute, storage, databases, and more.

This role requires hands-on guidance, strategic guidance, and the ability to travel up to 10% to meet customers, with a focus on incident response, risk management, and successful adoption of AWS services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
• Represent AWS within customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leadership.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS best practices.
