Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers in Vancouver and surrounding areas. You will work across Compute, Storage, Database, and more to drive adoption and value of AWS services.

This role emphasizes customer-facing guidance, incident and risk management, clear communication with senior leaders, and a willingness to travel 10% or more.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
