Job summary

Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support customers across industries and sizes, driving adoption of AWS services and serving as the principal technical advisor.

The role requires strong technical leadership and travel of about 10% or more. As TAM, you will craft strategies, represent AWS to executive stakeholders, and ensure environments stay healthy while delivering the greatest value from AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Drive customer adoption and use of AWS services (EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IoT, etc.).
• Develop advocacy and guidance to help plan and build AWS-based solutions and ensure operational health.
