Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Program Scheduler to join our Toronto project team supporting a large-scale airport infrastructure program. The role reports to the Planning and Scheduling Manager, Program Projects and focuses on maintaining integrated master schedules and delivering accurate, realistic planning throughout project lifecycles.

Based in our project office in west end Toronto, you will manage submittals, evaluate changes, resolve schedule conflicts, and provide detailed reporting and QA.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant discipline required.
• 10+ years as a Senior Scheduler and 5+ years as an Intermediate Scheduler in large-scale international airport projects.
• Familiar with QSRA and Acumen Fuse; contracting background is a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and creating complex Work Breakdown Structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals of project schedules from contractors and consultants, ensuring realism and logic.
• Evaluate schedule impact of proposed changes per contract terms.
• Identify schedule conflicts and work with delivery teams to resolve them.
• Maintain client-level schedules and align interfaces with the master program schedule.
• Provide schedule reporting and critical path analysis per program requirements.
• Perform schedule QA and peer reviews; support QSRA process with Risk and Cost managers.
