Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Interim Capacity to support a major airport infrastructure program in Toronto’s west end. You will lead complex project delivery, coordinate design, construction, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring staff.

The role requires extensive PM experience in large programs, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills for meetings/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist project management expertise and support the Program Lead.
• Coordinate contractor performance and required decisions with senior PMs and construction managers.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to align consultations and approvals.
• Oversee permitting, approvals, site logistics, and change control processes.
• Coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals across design, safety, quality, environment, and security.
• Support procurement and contract management activities; mentor staff.
