Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide interim-capacity leadership on a major airport infrastructure program in Toronto's west end. You will work with a high-performing team to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.

Requirements include a recognized degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years on large international airport projects. Hybrid work and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field; architecture or civil engineering assets.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years on large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist project management expertise and support program leadership.
• Coordinate with Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to track performance.
• Manage contractor performance, change control, and escalation decisions.
• Interface with stakeholders to secure consultations, approvals and permits.
• Oversee procurement and contract management activities and ensure risk controls.
• Coach and mentor staff for career development.
