Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager Consultant to lead delivery on a major airport infrastructure program in Toronto. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while coordinating with the contractor and internal teams in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, including airport projects or large-scale programs, with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities in a Canadian context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years within international airport projects or large-scale infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and ability to report for effective decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management across design to operations.
• Degree and professional designation in a relevant field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of works to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
• Provide specialist project management expertise to support program objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior PMs and Construction Managers to support the Program Lead.
• Interface with stakeholders to facilitate approvals and permits with the contractor.
• Coordinate change control procedures and escalate critical decisions.
• Support procurement planning and contract management with the wider team.
