Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Airfield based in Toronto to lead complex airport infrastructure programs.

You will coordinate with Program Leads, manage contractor performance, and align stakeholder consultations and approvals to drive timely decisions and site logistics. The role requires a demonstrated track record in large-scale projects, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project/program management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent major infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist project management expertise and support the Program Lead.
• Coordinate procurement and contract management activities with the wider team.
• Interface with stakeholder groups to align consultations and approvals and coordinate permits and site logistics.
• Oversee delivery of works across scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk requirements and apply change control procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and support career development of staff.
